Steven Nackan
President

Steven N. Nackan is President of Aecon Concessions and is responsible for Aecon's infrastructure development and concession management activities.
Prior to joining Aecon in 2002, Mr. Nackan worked for the global law firm of White & Case LLP, advising government agencies, banks and industry in the development, implementation and financing of major international infrastructure projects. Mr. Nackan studied in Boston where he gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School.

John Saczkowski is Vice President of Finance and Commercial Services of Aecon Concessions. John is responsible for directing the financial, operational, administrative and commercial functions of Concessions. He has over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction Industry. John has participated in developing numerous concessions, as well as supporting ongoing concession operations using his varied and extensive financial, commercial and operational experience.

Eitan Ladizinsky is Vice President, Project Finance of Aecon Concessions. Eitan is responsible for managing Aecon's interests in the Cross Israel Highway and the project finance aspects of Concessions' investments and Public-Private Partnership ventures.
Prior to joining Aecon, Eitan worked in the New York office of Ernst & Young where he was responsible for providing financial advisory services for project finance deals, equity transactions, mergers & acquisitions and corporate planning. Eitan has an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelors Degree in Economics and Business from the Hebrew University in Israel.

Adam Borgatti
Director, Energy and Infrastructure

Adam Borgatti is Director, Energy and Infrastructure for Aecon Concessions. Adam is responsible for business development, commercial arrangements, finance, sales and marketing as it relates primarily to energy investments, and supports other social and transportation infrastructure investment opportunities for Aecon Concessions.
Prior to joining Aecon, Adam worked for several years in the Investment Banking Division of RBC Capital Markets in the Global Energy Group, where he was focused on the power, utilities and renewable energy sectors. Prior to that, he worked in the Investment Banking Division of National Bank Financial in the Diversified Industries Group, focused on raising new equity and debt capital, mergers and acquisitions and corporate strategy. Adam started his career with Enron Corporation in Houston, Texas where he focused on international power plant development.
Adam holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Hagay is a key member of the team responsible for managing Aecon Concessions' investments in infrastructure concessions. His background and skills along with broad corporate experience are important in supporting concession administration and investment management in Israel and Quito, as well as to Aecon Concessions' achievement of its goals and business objectives.

Bill Pearson

Bill Pearson serves on the board of Quiport, the airport concession company representing Aecon's interests as a major shareholder. Formally, Mr. Pearson has served as Executive Vice President, Aecon Group Inc. and President & CEO of Canadian Highways Infrastructure Corporation (CHIC).
Mr. Pearson's career in the construction, engineering and development industry spans over 30 years. He spent over ten years with AGRA Inc., including serving as President of the AGRA Development Group. Prior to his time at AGRA, Mr. Pearson worked with SNC-Lavalin where he gained an extensive background in international projects, eventually becoming President of SNC International. Mr. Pearson has a B.Sc., Civil Engineering from the University of Detroit and has completed numerous graduate level courses in Hydrodynamics and Mathematics. He has been with Aecon since October 2000.
