 R.D. (Bob) Dautovich President |
Bob Dautovich is President of IST, a wholly owned Aecon subsidiary. He was appointed President in 2000 after serving as the company's Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining IST, Mr. Dautovich worked for several years at Gotaverken Energy Systems Ltd., a Swedish based company that designed and manufactured boilers for the pulp and paper industry. While there, he held several positions in both engineering and management. Prior to that Mr. Dautovich worked for Babcock Wilcox Canada. Mr. Dautovich has worked in the manufacturing and boiler industry, on an international basis, for over 20 years. Mr. Dautovich holds a Professional Engineering Licensee and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Mr. Dautovich is also an ambassador of Canada's Technology Triangle. He has been with IST since its inception in 1992. |
 Michael Brady Vice President Sales and Marketing |
Michael Brady is Vice President, Sales and Marketing of IST. He has executive responsibility for all aspects of the company's sales, marketing, commercial negotiation, performance modeling and costing along with a secondary responsibility for contract administration and vendor sourcing. Mr. Brady has been a member of IST's senior management team since 2002 and an employee of IST since 1997. Prior to joining IST's senior management team, Mr. Brady worked and lived in Europe on behalf of IST and was employed as an area sales manager, where he gained extensive negotiation and international business development experience in the power industry. Mr. Brady's area of expertise lies with commercial contract negotiations, capital equipment marketing, sales team development, and international business development. Mr. Brady has worked in the manufacturing and boiler industry, on an international basis, for 10 years. Mr. Brady holds a Professional Engineering License, a Bachelor of Engineering Science from the University of Western Ontario and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. |
 Jim McArthur Vice President Operations |
Jim McArthur is currently Vice President, Operations of IST. His current executive responsibilities include Engineering, Production, Procurement, Subcontracts, Supply Chain and Research and Development for IST. Mr. McArthur has been an employee of IST since 1993. Previous positions at IST have been Vice President, Technology, Engineering Manager, Proposals Supervisor and Project Engineer. Prior to joining IST, Mr. McArthur worked for several years at Foster Wheeler Ltd., a major international power company. Mr. McArthur has worked in the manufacturing and boiler industry, on an international basis, since 1991. Mr. McArthur's has a strong and varied background in many aspects related to the technical design and fabrication of heat recovery applications. Mr. McArthur is a Licensed Professional Engineer and has a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University. |
 Chris Ritchie Vice President Finance and Administration |
Chris Ritchie is currently Vice President, Finance and Administration of IST. Mr. Ritchie is responsible for all aspects of the accounting, information technology, financial statement preparation, and cash flow management of IST. He has more than 15 years of accounting experience gained through positions of increasing responsibility with various manufacturing companies and other businesses. Mr. Ritchie has a bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Wildfrid Laurier University and obtained the Certified Management Accounting designation in 1992. He has been with IST for 12 years. |

 Larry Guy Manager Project Services |
Larry Guy is Manager, Project Services for IST. He has overall responsibility for managing resources related to erection/installation, customer training, start-up & commissioning, and after-sales repair-service activities at our customer's sites. He was appointed to the management team in 1998. Prior to joining IST Mr. Guy worked in heavy industry and process environments for over 15 years, ten of those as a thermal operations specialist in the steam power plants at Dofasco Incorporated. Mr. Guy's expertise lies in project management, service team development, heat transfer & water treatment processes, and process control & optimization. Mr. Guy holds a Professional Engineering License and a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering Degree from McMaster University and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. He has been with IST for eight years. |
 Jim McCreadie Manager Quality |
Jim McCreadie, is the Manager, Quality for IST. In this capacity he is responsible for all aspects of IST's Quality Systems, inclusive of IST's ISO, ASME and PED quality practices. Mr. McCreadie is provided with the full support of the Management Team. Mr. McCreadie has been a member of the IST Management Team since 2002 but came to IST in 2000, with 30 years experience in the quality field. This experience includes extensive knowledge of Quality Systems, Welding, Fabrication and Non-Destructive Testing. |
 Anthony Hinde Manager Sales Manager Europe |
Anthony Hinde works as the Sales Manager for Europe and Middle East. He is responsible for the European office of IST, located in the Hague, which operates as a satellite sales and sourcing office for the head office in Canada. Mr. Hinde has worked for IST since 2002, having started as a Sales Engineer in the European office. His expertise lies in sales and negotiations, with a strong technical bias. Mr Hinde studied Mechanical Engineering at Nottingham University in the United Kingdom and during his career has worked both in Rolling Stock Design and varied sales positions. Mr Hinde holds a Chartership from the Institute of Mechanical Engineers |
