On March 4, 2008 Aecon issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors had approved a quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.05 per installment.  The first dividend payment was made on April 2nd, 2008 to shareholders of record (as determined by Computershare) on March 19, 2008.
