John M. Beck is the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Aecon and is a leader in the Canadian construction industry. He also serves as Chairman of Derech Eretz Consortium and of Canadian Highways Infrastructure Corporation. Mr. Beck has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1963. Mr. Beck also serves as Chair of the Board of Directors of the Ontario Power Authority. A graduate in Civil Engineering from McGill University, Mr. Beck has more than 40 years of experience in the construction industry in Canada and internationally. His background includes corporate leadership in numerous construction activities including heavy civil projects such as bridges, highways, airport infrastructure, precast concrete manufacturing as well as buildings, commercial and industrial projects, and public-private partnerships for the development of infrastructure, such as airports and toll roads. |

Scott C. Balfour is President of Aecon. He has executive responsibility for all aspects of the Corporation's operations including finance, treasury, risk management, investor relations and administrative initiatives. Mr. Balfour has been a member of the Board of Directors of Aecon since 1995 and has been with Aecon since 1994. Prior to joining Aecon, Mr. Balfour had an extensive career in corporate banking at a number of major financial institutions. Mr. Balfour has an HBBA from Wilfrid Laurier University and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business, University of Western Ontario. |

Paul P. Koenderman is the Executive Vice President, Aecon Group Inc. and CEO of Aecon Industrial Group. In this role he has executive responsibility for Aecon's Industrial Division and its wholly owned subsidiary, Innovative Steam Technologies. Before joining Aecon, Mr. Koenderman was President of Babcock & Wilcox Canada. He has over 30 years of industry experience and has held a number of executive leadership positions of increasing responsibility both in Canada and the USA. Mr. Koenderman has chaired several organizations including the Canadian Exporters Association and the Canadian Nuclear Association. He is currently the Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors for the University of Waterloo. In 1998 he was awarded an achievement medal from the University of Waterloo for his accomplishments in the power generation industry and in 2003 he won the Ian McRae Award of Merit for his major business accomplishments in the Canadian Nuclear field. Mr. Koenderman received his Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1971 from the University of Waterloo before completing an Executive MBA at Northeastern University in Boston in 1981. |

Teri McKibbon has been involved with the management of construction-related companies for 26 years including founding, acquiring and integrating companies and the overall management of companies that are active in all aspects of infrastructure construction. Mr. McKibbon's role as CEO of Aecon Infrastructure Group involves the overall operational management of approximately 1500 employees involved in various vertically integrated companies. Awarded the Canadian Construction Association's Gold Seal Project Manager Certification in 1997, Mr. McKibbon is also on the Aecon - Lafarge Caledon Board of Directors; the Aecon - Alarie Joint Venture Executive Board; the Utility Contractors Association of Ontario Board of Directors and the Ontario Roadbuilders Association Board of Directors and the Pipe Line Contractors Association of Canada's Board of Directors. Mr. McKibbon attended Carleton University's Geology as well as integrated Science and Economics programs and has been with Aecon since 1996. |

Brian Swartz is Chair of the Aecon Project Review Committee, a member of the Aecon Executive Committee, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for each of the wholly-owned subsidiaries of Aecon Group Inc. As Senior Vice President, Legal and Commercial, Mr. Swartz has a broad portfolio of executive responsibilities at Aecon including strategic planning, legal, secretarial, procurement, risk and insurance, mergers and acquisitions, safety, labour relations and facilities services. Mr. Swartz was recently appointed as Vice-Chair of the Construction Law Section of the Ontario Bar. Mr. Swartz previously acted as counsel to the Province of Ontario and was a key member of the executive team that developed the Highway 407 Toll Road. Mr. Swartz received his Bachelor of Laws Degree from Osgoode Hall Law School of York University in 1981. |

Gerry Kelly is Senior Vice President, Finance, Aecon Group Inc. and is responsible for financial reporting and internal controls, budgeting & planning, taxation, IT, and treasury functions. Mr. Kelly has experience in all aspects of financial management having held senior financial positions at Canadian Pacific and Marathon Realty. His most recent position prior to joining Aecon in 2001 was as Chief Financial Officer at ProFac Facilities Management Services Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of SNC-Lavalin. Mr. Kelly is a Chartered Accountant and has a B. Comm. (Honours) degree from University College Dublin. |

J. Mitchell Patten is Senior Vice-President, Corporate Affairs of Aecon and is responsible for managing the Corporation's positioning in the marketplace (including investor relations, public affairs and corporate communications) and for managing Aecon’s corporate human resources initiatives. Prior to joining Aecon in 2001, Mr. Patten was President of the Olympic Sports and Waterfront Development Agency, established by the Ontario government to coordinate its involvement in the redevelopment of Toronto's waterfront and in the city's 2008 Olympic bid. His career has included service in the office of three Ontario Premiers as well as several years as a strategic planning consultant and as Vice President of Canadian Highways International Corporation from 1996 to 1999. |

Mike Archambault is Vice President of Safety and Insurance and is responsible for the development, implementation and administration of all Health and Safety and Insurance matters at Aecon. Additionally he assists the various business units with Labour Relations. Prior to joining Aecon in 1996, Mr Archambault worked approximately 20 years with the Ontario Ministry of Labour as a Health and Safety Inspector, Manager and Mediator/Advisor. He holds two professional designations (CRSP and CHRP). Mr. Archambault is involved with many Industry Associations and Chairs the Workers Compensation Committee for the Council of Construction Associations of Ontario. |

Andy DeHaan is Vice President, Information Technology, Aecon Group Inc. and is responsible for planning, directing and administering Information Technology initiatives and resources. Mr. DeHaan has 30 years of diverse industry experience in developing, directing and implementing Information Technology initiatives. Prior to joining Aecon, Mr. DeHaan worked at AGRA Inc. following extensive experience at Canada's largest law firm. Mr. DeHaan has a Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo. |
Bruce Fleming Vice President and Chief Information Officer |
Bruce Fleming is the Chief Information Officer of the Aecon Group. He is responsible for aligning the IT services to the needs of the business and stewarding the introduction of new initiatives that will enhance Aecon's overall business capabilities. Mr. Fleming has been actively involved in planning and execution of construction projects for over 20 years. This experience has included a wide range of major Canadian and International projects. Over the past 10 years, Mr. Fleming has focused his efforts on leveraging technology to enhance overall project efficiency and business performance. The success of his initiatives were recognized publicly in 2003 when Mr. Fleming was selected as Canada's CIO of the year by CIO Canada Magazine. Mr. Fleming is a Professional Engineer and holds a BASc (Civil) from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from York University. He joined Aecon in 2008. |

As President of Aecon Buildings Group, Mr. Ross is responsible for overall strategic leadership of the group's business units both in Canada and the U.S., located in Halifax, Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, and Seattle, as well as Scott Construction in Vancouver, in which Aecon owns a 49% interest. Mr. Ross brings tremendous experience in guiding companies to achieve their goals, most recently as President of Aecon Atlantic Group and Aecon Fabco, both divisions of Aecon Group Inc. Mr. Ross has 35 years experience in all aspects of the Canadian construction industry and has been with Aecon since 2003. He has served on the Board of Directors of the Canadian Construction Association, the Ontario General Contractors Association, and is a past member of the Board of Directors for the Toronto Construction Association. Mr. Ross also serves as a Trustee of the Labourers International Union of North America - Local 615 Health and Welfare Program and is a Board of Directors member for the Construction Management Labour Bureau of Nova Scotia. He is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and the Design and Construction Institute of Nova Scotia. |

Bob Darton has over 45 years of building and civil construction experience and has worked on major projects in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom. Over the course of his career, Mr. Darton has been involved in construction projects totaling over one billion dollars. Mr. Darton has been with Aecon since 2003 in the role of Project Development Manager, where he has played a major role in the successful business development and pre-construction development on a variety of projects for Aecon Atlantic Group. Mr. Darton is a member of the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS), and is a certified Gold Seal Project manager (GSC) with the Canadian Construction Association. he is also a member of the Nova Scotia Association of Quantity Surveyors (PQS), the former Director & Co-Chairman of the Construction Regional Industrial Training Council, and a former Appeal Panel Member of the Occupational Health and Safety Act. |

Mr. Nackan studied in Boston where he gained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School. |

Mr. Fournier joined Lockerbie & Hole in August 2005 as Operations Manager after completing a large oil sands project in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Shortly thereafter, Mr. Fournier was promoted to Vice-President & Regional Manager of Lockerbie & Hole Industrial Inc. In January 2008, in conjunction with a restructuring of Lockerbie & Hole's Western Canadian industrial operations, Mr. Fournier was appointed President of Lockerbie & Hole Construction Group Inc. Prior to his employment at Lockerbie & Hole, Mr. Fournier worked for KBR as a Senior Project Manager on a number of large industrial projects in Alberta, as well as Offshore on the Gulf Coast and Alaska. A graduate of the University of Alberta with a bachelor of science in mechanical engineering, Mr. Fournier is a registered Professional Engineer with the Association of Professional Engineers, Geologists, and Geophysicists of Alberta. |

With over 25 years of experience in Regulatory (Ontario Energy Board), Finance, Human Resources and Operations in the energy industry, he provides expertise and leadership in the business services that support the Operations. In addition Mr. Pastirik provides leadership to the Business Development Organization within Aecon Infrastructure. |

Doug Steels is President of Aecon Constructors International and also manages Aecon's interests on Joint Venture projects as Board member of the Executive Management Committee and Chairman of The Foundation Company of Canada. Mr. Steels' 35-year construction and engineering career with Aecon started as a Field Engineer on the massive St. Lawrence Seaway, Welland Canal Relocation project. His unique combination of practical skills and management capabilities were developed on Aecon heavy civil construction projects as diverse as British Columbia's Revelstoke Dam and Mount MacDonald Railway Tunnel, India's Nathpa Jhakri Hydroelectric project and the Cross Israel Toll Highway project. Prior to his appointment as President of Aecon Constructors International, Mr. Steels held roles of increasing management responsibility in Aecon's corporate office, including the positions of Chief Estimator and most recently as Senior Vice President. Mr. Steels holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Windsor. |

Bob Dautovich is President of Innovative Steam Technologies (IST), a wholly owned Aecon subsidiary. He was appointed President in 2000 after serving as the company's Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining IST, Mr. Dautovich worked for several years at Gotaverken Energy Systems Ltd., a Swedish based company that designed and manufactured boilers for the pulp and paper industry. While there, he held several positions in both engineering and management. Prior to that Mr. Dautovich worked for Babcock Wilcox Canada. Mr. Dautovich has worked in the manufacturing and boiler industry, on an international basis, for over 20 years. Mr. Dautovich holds a Professional Engineering License and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Waterloo and is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario. Mr. Dautovich is also an ambassador of Canada's Technology Triangle. He has been with IST since it's inception in 1992. |
