Eric Rosenfeld brings over 40 years of experience in a diverse range of industries and has extensive capital markets and financial services expertise.
Eric is President and Chief Executive Officer of Crescendo Partners, L.P., a New York based investment firm. Prior to forming Crescendo Partners in 1988, he held the position of Managing Director at CIBC Oppenheimer and its predecessor company, Oppenheimer & Co. Inc., for 14 years.
Eric currently serves as a director for Algoma Steel and Pangaea Logistics Solutions Ltd. He is the Chief SPAC Officer for Legato Merger III. He is also a senior faculty member at the Directors College.
Eric is a member of Aecon's Risk Committee.
