The AWIT program is led by our Utilities division, a leading solutions provider offering innovative construction services in the areas of oil and gas, telecommunications infrastructure, and power distribution networks.

Aecon Diversity in the Trades

The Aecon Diversity in the Trades (ADT) program supports construction trades workers that identify as Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC). The ADT program operates within Aecon’s Civil East division – a diverse, comprehensive market leader focused on expanding and improving Canada’s infrastructure and transportation networks.
