Employee Share Purchase Program
Through Aecon’s Employee Share Purchase Program (ESPP), employees can share in the company’s success. The ESPP offers eligible employees an opportunity to become part owners of the company by purchasing company stock through regular, automatic payroll deductions to a maximum of 7% of your base salary. Aecon matches 30 cents to every dollar you contribute up to the maximum allowed in the plan.
