Toronto, Ontario – May 2, 2012: Aecon Group Inc. (TSX: ARE) today reported improved results for the first quarter of 2012.  Stronger results than the prior year were attributable to the performance of the Infrastructure and Industrial segments and the successful ramping-up of Aecon Mining.
