Groupe Aecon Quebec Ltee carried out two contracts as part of the Toulnustouc Hydroelectric Dam construction.
The first contract involved construction of the Concrete Face Rockfill Dam (CFRD), the south dyke and the diversion
tunnel. It included the provision and installation of a gate at the entrance of the diversion tunnel as well as the excavation and preparation of the site that houses the spillway.
The second contract included the concrete work for the spillway, the
water intake, and the design, supply and installation of gates for the two structures.
