Toronto, Ontario – September 27, 2011: Aecon Group Inc. (TSX: ARE) announced today that its Q3 Dividend will be paid on October 7th to Shareholders of Record on September 30th.There is no change to the amount which remains $0.05 per share per quarter (or $0.20 per annum).
The Q4 Dividend will be paid on the first business day of January 2012.
